In this activity from Breathe For Change, students are asked to listen to a sound in order to practice focusing their minds and bodies on that sound. The activity supports students to focus the mind, enhances mindful listening skills, and develop awareness. Students are working to develop self-awareness and self-management. You can use a sound bowl or any other instrument.
