This activity from Breathe For Change is designed to support your students to build self-confidence, deepen self-reflection, and increase motivation. Students are working to develop self-awareness and responsible decision making. The activity begins with a breathing exercise. Students are asked to think about the greatest hopes and dreams they have for themselves, and visualize those dreams coming true. Guiding questions are provided for the teacher to walk students through this meditation. The second part of the activity involves drawing and/or writing down hopes and dreams so students can be reminded of what they care about. Finally, the activity ends with a think, pair, share.
