Using Exercise for Self-Care

Whether you have a few minutes to do stretches at your desk or an hour to work out at the gym, you'll learn tricks and tips to help you build exercise into your daily routine.

Tara Dusko is an educational coach and teacher, specializing in reading instruction. She also runs a blog and shares ways for teachers to destress both in the classroom and at home.

Mindfulness and Self-care for Educators

Explore mindfulness with Heidi, as she dives into self-care mindfulness and how it can support us. Heidi shares four simple ways to introduce this practice into your daily life, to help go from chaos to calm.

Heidi Woods is the Founder and Director of Training of Mindful You - Mindful Me. She is a 2013 Bush Leadership Fellow, TEDx speaker, Occupational Therapist, Children’s Yoga Teacher, and Certified Mindfulness Educator.
