Teaching Strategies:

You are the master of your own destiny. You are the writer, director, and main character. The law of assumption suggests that you can believe something into existence. Similar to the law of attraction, where good attracts good, feeling as though you already have or will have something, helps make it so. Let's design the life you desire.

Daydreaming

The best way to bring your vision into reality is to use your imagination. As children, our imagination is constantly being exercised and expanded. As, adults, that part of us lies dormant more often than not. Reconnect with daydreaming. Imagining yourself living scenes from the life you hope to live induces the same emotions and feelings as if you were truly experiencing it.

Your brain doesn’t know the difference between reality and fantasy. Think about biting into a juicy, tart lemon wedge. Your brain acknowledges the experience and cues your salivary glands to kick into action. These are physical responses to emotions brought on by thought. The power of suggestion is real.

Acting

The lifestyle you admire and the version of yourself that exists in it, come with a very clear set of instructions. Ask what choices your higher self would make. What are their routines, habits, selections, and boundaries? Which parts of their personality shine brightest? How is your dream home organized and maintained? The answers to these questions build the map that leads you to the future you yearn for.

Believing

You are a powerful creator. You have the ability to guide your life in any direction you desire. Channel the feelings you long to feel and embody the person you wish to be. You are unlimited and your world holds endless possibilities … let’s see just how good it can get.
