These student choice activities for health and wellness will help your students get active, focus on mental and emotional health, and appreciate the benefits of physical activity!
Students choose 5 activities to complete, coloring in the heart for each one to track their progress, and then hand in the paper to receive a Wellness Champion certificate! This choice board can be used at any time of the year, and is designed for take-home independent work.

Water Challenge
Try to drink 64 ounces of water in one day. That’s 8 8-ounce glasses, 4 16.9-ounce plastic water bottles, or 2 refills of a 32-ounce container. Make sure to recycle the plastic water bottles!Meditation Challenge
Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, and just breathe for 15 minutes. Repeat every day for one week.Physical Activity Challenge
Try to walk, jog, or run one mile. Measure the distance on a map, or use a step counter or distance app (some phones have them). Be safe while doing it - stay off of busy roads!Download the packet for the rest of the student choice activities!
