About Crystalee

Crystalee Calderwood (B.A., MFA, M.Ed.) has 20 years of teaching experience, having worked in a variety of settings, primarily as a high-school English and ESL teacher. She has also worked with diverse learners through AmeriCorps, including refugees and youth in under-served communities. Crystalee is currently a Promise Success Coach at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and writes articles on a freelance basis, specializing in education and literacy. In addition, Crystalee loves to read and write children’s books, and her own book, Angeline Jellybean was published in 2008.
