Stanley Ray Duncan, named the 2008 West Virginia History Teacher of the Year
by the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History and Preserve America,
has received $1,000 and a core archive of history books, CDs, DVDs and other
materials for his school library at Summers County High School in Hinton.
